Baylis Estates, founded by the late Jack Baylis, has been responsible for numerous major residential and commercial developments throughout the Bristol area.

Several thousand new homes were built in Kingswood, Keynsham and Patchway during the 1960s before the company successfully branched into the world of commercial development with its first major project comprising over 100,000 sq ft of warehousing at Patchway Trading Estate.

Since then, Baylis Estates has been responsible for nearly 2million sq ft of retail, leisure, office, warehousing and motor trade developments. Most notably, this includes The Mall Regional Shopping Centre and The Venue Leisure Park at Cribbs Causeway, which are widely regarded as the premier retail and leisure destination in the South West.
